Nigerian-born Anges de Notsè forward Vincent Orode Tchalla has boasted that the Togolese would defeat Enyimba in the return leg of the CAF Champions League preliminary match to advance to the next round of the competition.

Orode, who was a thorn in the flesh of the Enyinba defence, said that he was confident that the Togolese champions have  what it takes to defeat the two-time champions of CAF’s premier club competition.

Speaking to Sports Vanguard at the Enyimba International Stadium, Orode, who born in Kaduna to Nigerian parents said “Enyimba are a good side and we respect them. This is the first time Anges de Notsè will be participating in the CAF Champions League even though some of the players have been involved in this competition in the past.

“We are looking forward to the return leg and I am sure we will beat Enyimba in Togo if we play to our strength and not allow the big players in Enyimba to intimidate us”, said Orode, who once played for Jigawa Golden Stars said.
