The launch of the Greater Tomorrow Foundation for less-privileged children and talented sports kids has been fixed for March 20 at the Nicon Luxury Hotel in Abuja.

Disclosing this yesterday,  Paul Okoku said that the former Minister of Sports and  current President of the Nigeria Olympic Committee (NOC), Sani Ndanusa, the Director-General of the National Sports Commission, Hon. Tunde Elegbeleye and Moni Michelle, who is the founder of the Moni Michelle Sports Facility Construction were some of the personalities who will grace the event.

Okoku said other bigwigs set to grace the event include the Commissioner of Youth and Sports of Katsina State, Hon. Ibrahim Fafana, the Chief Financial Officer of the League Management Company, Salisu Abubakar, the Chairman of Brila FM, Dr. Larry Izamoje and CAF official, Paul Bassey.

Continuing, the Ex-Flying Eagles midfielder said that others who have confirmed their participation at the event were Taiwo Ogunjobi, Segun Odegbami, Coach James Peter, John Mastroudes, Dr. Ibrahim Umah, Godwin Odiye and Nathaniel Ogedegbe.

While expressing gratitude for the interest so far shown, Okoku said he was humbled by the fact that Nigerians had not forgotten him despite quitting the football scene about 30 years ago.

He commended Dahiru Saidi, his Director of Event, who has been pulling all strings to ensure the success of the event on March 20.
