NASFAT BOT chair sets up scholarship scheme

The Chairman, Board of Trustees of Nasrul-lahi-L-Fatih Society, NASFAT, Alhaji AbdulLateef Olasupo, has instituted  scholarship  scheme for  brilliant but indigent students of Fountain University, Osogbo. Olasupo disclosed this to newsmen in Ilorin after the 2nd  General Conference of the Society.

It was gathered that Fountain University was set up by the group  to provide qualitative education in the country. He appealed to all NASFAT members to support the scholarship scheme  by  donating  generously to ensure its success.
Olasupo, who  said  supporting such a scheme  amounted to service to God,  assured  potential donors of commensurate reward.

The BOT boss, who described  the institution as the best Islamic university in the country, solicited the continued support of NASFAT members.
He also said that all the courses run by the university were fully accredited by the Nigeria  University Commission (NUC).

Olasupo added that NASFAT recently built a students’ hostel and  lecture halls while it also equipped  some  laboratories  to enhance learning.
