LAGOS — The Lagos State Water Corpor- ation said it spent over N3.5 million to repair damaged equipment in some of its mini-water works.
The corporation’s Group Managing Director, Mr. Shayo Holloway, made the disclosure in Lagos, yesterday.
Holloway said that the damaged equipment were caused by high voltage surge during electricity supply.
He added that most of the corporation’s mini-water works were also affected by the “epileptic power supply,” which he said, damaged the equipment.
