It is indeed a season of multiple successes as Toyota and Ford After-Sales staff members won different awards in categories of completion held in Nigeria and South Africa.
Briscoe Ford also recently won the Corporate Social Responsibility Award by the Nigeria Guild of Motoring, Correspondent, NAJ Award.
Mr. Olumide Akinfenwa, BriscoeFord technician, was the winner of Ford SSA Service Excellence World Cup in his category, while Engr. Saheed Rasaq came second in the Service Advisors category of the same competition.
The competition had about 20 representatives from the After Sales Service section of dealers from Export & Growth sub-Sahara African Region of Ford Motor Corporation, which includes Nigeria (two dealers), Ghana, Kenya, South Africa, and Angola among others.
A statement from BriscoeFord said that this award ranks BriscoeFord engineers and technicians on the same level with their counterparts from other parts of the world in terms of competency and proficiency in handling Ford vehicles.
Briscoe staff also were winners of the Toyota 2013 Service Advisors’ skills contests organised by Toyo-ta Nigeria Limited, Field Operations Business Unit.
It is a training progra-mme designed to impact knowledge and evaluate the service personnel that qualified from all the TIVL eight dealers nationwide.
