BENIN—Authorities of Federal Polytechnic Auchi, Edo State, weekend, said the institution was set to award degrees in eleven courses.
The Rector of the institution, Mrs. Philipa Idogho, who disclosed this at the  21st convocation of the Polytechnic, said the institution had concluded arrangements with Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka, to achieve this, explaining that the university approved the affiliation after carrying out an assessment of the infrastructures in the polytechnic.
She said some of the courses that would henceforth award degrees in the institution included Electrical/Electronics and Civil Engineering, Business Administration, Accounting, Building Technology, Estate Management, Education/Physics among others.
