Anambra indigenes in US pledge to support Obiano

Anambra State indigenes resident in the United States of America have pledged to support governor-elect of the state, Mr. Willie Obiano, and his deputy, Dr. Nkem Okeke.

Acting under the platform of Anambra State Association living  in the United States of America, ASA-USA, the group in a letter jointly signed by President, Dr. Allison Anadu, and two others, said the victory of Obiano was possible due to his dedication, commitment, pedigree and vision.

The group said:  “Your victory with a large majority, portrays the level of support accorded to you by Anambra people. Congratulations once again on your great victory.
“We have confidence that you will make a difference in Anambra State and hope that you will continue to work hard for the comprehensive development and advancement of Anambra State. ASA-USA pledges her support to all your efforts toward the socio-economic improvement of our state.

“We look forward to a continuous and productive cooperation/partnership between Anambra State Government, under your leadership and ASA-USA, especially during the Association’s annual humanitarian missions to the state.”
