The introduction of Irish Mayor Liqueur into Nigeria market will further strengthen the ties between Nigeria and Ireland, said, Mr. Rotimi Adebari , the first elected Black African Mayor in Ireland.
Irish Mayor Cream Liqueur, a premium product blended from pure Irish Cream and the finest Irish whiskey was recently unveiled at the Irish Ambassador’s residence in Abuja. The product is blended and bottled in Abbeyleix, County Laois, one of Ireland’s foremost Heritage towns.
Speaking at the launch of Irish Mayor cream liqueur, the Irish Ambassador to Nigeria, Patrick Fay said Ireland has at least a thousand year history in the production of Spirits (distilled alcohol) and a world reputation for excellence in the production of whiskey.
Irish Mayor cream liqueur is created by Rotimi Adebari, the first elected Black African Mayor in Ireland to showcase Irish welcoming nature. Presenting the product, Rotimi said Irish Mayor captures everything that makes Ireland such a special and loved place in the hearts and minds of anyone who has ever come to its shores. He described Irish Mayor as a special drink for proud occasions.
Speaking at the event, His Royal Highness, Oba Doctor Olurotimi Fagbenro, the Oloke Odan of Oke-Odan said the introduction of Irish Mayor into Nigeria market will further strengthen the ties between Nigeria and Ireland.
The unveiling of Irish Mayor cream liqueur was performed by Victor Oladokun, a former TV presenter with CBS news and now the Director 3D Global Leadership. Victor commended the smoothness of Irish Mayor and its impressive packaging.
Dee Fay, wife of Irish Ambassador described Irish Mayor as a beautiful and gorgeous liqueur that is best served chilled. She shared her delightful experience of using Irish Mayor in coffee and ice cream.
The launch of Irish Mayor cream liqueur was attended by diplomats, captains of industries, traditional ruler and people from all works of life.
