The Ethiopians, the lowest ranked team of the 10 countries left in the African qualifying series for the 2014 soccer showpiece host the Eagles in the first leg in the weekend of October 11-15 while the reverse fixture holds between November 15-19 in Nigeria.

While football buffs have  offered mixed reactions to the forthcoming duel, the man in the eye of the storm, Keshi, has said that he was taking the playoffs in his strides.

Keshi told a close friend that though the draw appears to favour Nigeria but he preferred to stay focussed and come up with a master plan for the matches

“Keshi told me that he though the draw seems to favour his favour but in reality that good preparation was the key to beating the Ethiopians. He is working on a master plan to ensure that the Eagles qualify without much hassles. And to do that, he must remain focussed and work harder on this plan”, said the source.
