Turkish side Fenerbahce have named Super Eagles forward Emmanuel Emenike for their crucial UEFA Champions League play-off  second leg tie at the Emirates today. But his national team captain, Joseph Yobo was left out of the 19-man squad.

Yobo who was a 90 minute feature in the first leg 3-0 loss missed the domestic home fixture against Eski?ehirspor that ended 1-0 in favor of Fenerbahce on Saturday.

Reasons for his exclusion were yet to be made public by the club but feelers have it that the 33-year old defender may have picked up a slight knock during the first leg encounter.

Meanwhile Emenike who made his second start for the Istanbul club in the lone goal victory was on duty for 83 minutes before being taken off for Mousa Sow.

Emenike and his team-mates who departed for North London on Monday afternoon have an uphill task of overturning a three goal deficit against a resurgent Gunners side that thrashed Fulham 3-1 at Craven Cottage to secure their first win of the new EPL season.
