AKURE — ONDO State government, yesterday, described as nasty the revelations from the ongoing verification exercise of workers in the state.

The Head of Service, HOS, Mrs. Stella Kosemani  Kolawole said this in Akure at a press conference to usher in the 2013 Public Service Week.

Verification of the local governments and that of the primary school teachers have been completed while others in boards and parastatals will follow suit and the exercise is expected to be completed by the end of this month.

According to HOS, the committee inaugurated to look into the workforce has unearthed nasty revelations.

Some of the revelation showed that many of the workers claimed that they left primary school at the age of seven while many forged their primary school certificate by defacing them.
