ABUJA — Supreme Court has slated June 4 to hear the suit between Governor Rochas Okorocha of Imo State and the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, even as a group of lawyers loyal to former governor of the state, Mr. Ikedi Ohakim, yesterday, served a petition on the Chief Justice of Nigeria, CJN.

The petitioners, alleged plot to disband the panel handling a fresh appeal by Governor Okorocha, challenging the joining of his predecessor in an election petition that was filed against him by the governorship candidate of Action Congress of Nigeria, ACN,  in the state, Senator Ifeanyi Ararume.
