The Ondo Election Tribunal has today dismissed tha petitions by the Action Congress of Nigeria(ACN) and the Peoples Democratic Party(PDP)against the victory of the Labour Party’s candidate, Dr Olusegun Mimiko at the October 2012 gubernatorial election in Ondo state.
