“I Know Honourable Gbenga Elegbeleye to be very passionate about sports most especially the game of football which he loves so much. I have had the opportunity to work with him and I know that he has something to offer Nigerian sports.

“My advice to him is that he should continue the way he is doing that has fetched him this appointment. When he was Vice Chairman of the House of Representatives Committee on Sports then, he did very well and we were proud of him. I would urge him to improve on this and work hard to improve sports in the country”, Maigari disclosed.
