Kia’s premium models come with 5 yrs warranty

In line with its global philosophy of ‘’Family Like Care”, KIA has come up with yet another industry-first offer of Service Plan or Maintenance Program popularly known as KIA CARE. This is sequel to their recent offer of the successfully running Loyalty Program where patrons enjoy a host of offers and discounts on maintenance services at their various workshops nationwide.

The KIA CARE program being two folds and can be enjoyed by patrons either at the time of buying new cars or can join after their purchase to suit their needs. The KIA CARE by virtue of being a national service package is designed to offer recommended Periodic Maintenance Schedule across its network in the country and is valid for a period of 3 years or 60,000 kms whichever comes first.

Available across all the models, it ensures that vehicles are maintained as per schedule thereby increasing their performance levels and lower operational costs. Maintenance parts like Filters, Oils, Spark Plugs, Brakes, Clutch, etc among others are inspected and replaced as required under schedule.

KIA offers three year standard warranty on passenger cars while, however a owners of its premium products like CADANZA, MOHAVE and QUORIS. Also enjoy five years warranty, the recently launched QUORIS luxury sedan comes with 5 years maintenance free program and warranty, which is unmatched in its class of vehicles and again a first time in the industry.

KIA Motors has over 20 dedicated After Sales Service outlets with a team of over 400 trained Service members across the country and has put in place latest Pneumatic Equipment and Workshop Facilities to cater to maintenance services’ less than 90 minutes.

The National Training Center at Lagos for Nigeria keeps developing new training programs to upgrade their technicians in the latest technology, which includes Air Suspension, Electronically controlled Brake systems, Engines and Automatic Gearboxes, etc. Every year over 200 technicians are trained in various courses on Kia Technology and many technicians are sent abroad for trainings.

Week End Service on Saturdays, which is driven by the desire to provide convenience for customers who are busy at work during week days and the 90 Minutes Service, shows KIA’s commitment to help customers manage their time effectively by keeping all service procedures within 90 minutes.

Kia customers therefore get to service their cars on a weekend, but still get to maximize their time as they don’t need to spend all day at the service center. Backed by a robust Customer Care department, Customers get help in remembering their service dues and schedule their appointments while they also get to benefit from various offers.
