THE Akeredolu Campaign Organisation, ACO, has described the allegation by the Mimiko Campaign Organisation, MCO, that the Action Congress of Nigeria, ACN, is training some youths to unleash terror in State not only as spurious but unfounded.

A statement by ACO’s Director of Media, Publicity and Strategy, Mr Idowu Ajanaku, said; “ACN is a peace loving party that will never take part in dastardly act which the Labour Party, LP,  has demonstrated in recent times in the course of prosecuting its campaign.

“They are the ones attacking the opposition with thugs; on several occasions they have unleashed violent attacks on members of ACN not even sparing the flag-bearer, Mr. Rotimi Akeredolu.

“We have also raised alarm over the importation of arms and ammunition by the sinking LP to which the security agents are aware since they have arrested several culprits in different parts of the State including a special assistant to one of the prominent traditional leaders in the southern part of the state who is a staunch supporter of LP.

“For us at ACO we will advice Mimiko and his co-travelers to stop propagating fallacies in an attempt to hoodwink the good people of Ondo State to vote for them.

“The people are wiser and they would vote for ACN who will bring sustainable development to the State come October 20 – the date with destiny.
