Although the political icon, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu was not there but the whole household of the Tinubu family led by his wife, Senator Oluremi Tinubu, their associates and friends were there when the Iyaloja General of Nigeria, Alhaja Abbibat Mogaji’s grandson, Adedamola took to the altar his bride, Oluwaseunfunmi, at the Blue Roof, Lagos Television complex, Alausa, last Saturday, September 8th.

The 90-something Iyaloja was not on hand to direct matters but the Senator was there, along with the parents of the couple even though the groom’s parents were represented by  members of the family.

It was pretty much  market leaders’ convention but anybody who came adorning the 25-thousand aso-ebi had as good as a pass into the party.

But the highpoint of the day after all the glam-glam was the handling over of the new bride to the Tinubu’s family and none other than the beautiful Yeye Asiwaju Tinubu could fit the bill.

Traditionally, the most senior wife accepts the new wife into the family and it obviously showed the Senator must now rank the eldest in the ranks of wives in the Tinubu family of Lagos.
