Heartland FC of Owerri has won the 2012/2013 Federation Cup final played at the Teslim Balogun Stadium, Lagos today, Sunday.
The match between the Heartland FC of Owerri and Lobi Stars FC of Markudi ended 2- 1 in in favour of the Owerri boys.
