Blessing Okagbare, the Nigerian sprinter and long jumper, says she is in hot form ahead of the Summer Olympics Games in London. Speaking in an interview with Runners web, Okagbare, who won a bronze medal in the women’s long jump event event at the 2008 Olympics in Beijing, said she was hopeful of winning a medal in London.
“I am looking forward to the Olympics in London. It is the biggest stage for all and I hope that I can win something. The Games will be special for all but whosoever want to win has to be hot and I feel that I am hot for the Olympics. I am thinking of improving on some aspects of my training, so that I would be in the form of my life in August”, said Okagbare.
