‘’Christians should use the Easter period to pray for peace and unity among the diverse ethnic groups in the area.’’

Shettima said no quantum of prayer should too long in seeking God’s intervention to ensure that the state regains its status as the ‘’Home of Peace,’’ its motto.

He, however, asked Christians, especially the wealthy ones, to reach out to the poor and needy members of the society.
