Allied Rescue Services unveils new automobile services

Allied Rescue Services (ARS) has introduced two new automobile services in furtherance of its mission to make motoring enjoyable to its clients. The new service offerings are mobile diagnostic and maintenance services.

ARS is an automobile rescue and recovery service, which assists motorists stranded by sudden vehicle breakdown or accidents. The new services offerings were unveiled at a road-show event held in Lagos recently to sensitise motorists to the quality of service offered by the company to motorists.

Speaking at the event, Adenike Adeshina, the Chief Operating Officer of ARS, said the two services were introduced in response to requests by customers to repair and maintain their cars after we have identified the faults.

Explaining the new services, she said, “The diagnostic service involves using a quick and easy tool to access the Powertrain Control Module (PCM) in a car and determine the faults in the cars’ system. This leads us to the exact fault and so there is no guesswork in determining why a particular light is lit on the dash.

“We will work with our client till a solution is found. We are so certain of our abilities we are currently offering a money back guarantee if we can’t identify the fault with your car. The Mobile Lube service consists of oil & filter change offered either in the home or office of the subscriber/client, or in an ARS garage.

This service is arranged with the convenience of the subscriber in mind.” She said “ARS is prepared to pick and drop the car back for the customer if required. And we are not only cost effective; we offer a fast and easy service – giving our clientele peace of mind while we work on their cars”

Alongside these services ARS runs a Roadside rescue and recovery service. This is a 24/7 service offered to registered members ensuring that their car is well maintained and should experience breakdown – from running out of fuel to major mechanical faults. When you are stranded with a vehicle breakdown, you are at the mercy of roadside mechanics and it is particularly dangerous at night as nobody will stop to assist you”, she said.

According to Mrs Adeshina, the company is on a mission to make motoring easier and enjoyable for motorists in Lagos. “When you join our subscription service, you won’t be stranded anymore as you have someone to call for rescue, day or night, anywhere in Lagos.  “Our services are currently in Lagos only but we will gradually move to other states. We are basically offering total peace of mind to motorists and ensure stress-free journeying.  ,
