Dolphins of Port Harcourt defender, Victor Ezuruike has said that his team is travelling to Warri this weekend to correct the mistake that cost them the match against ABS which they lost 2-0 at the Ilorin Township Stadium.

Speaking to Inside Out Premier League after the Ilorin game, Ezuruike said “I have to be sincere with you, today (March 7, 2012) was really not our day and I cannot tell what really went wrong. All I know is that we just couldn’t find our bearing, no thanks to the red card which actually demoralized us.”

On their weekend tie against Warri Wolves, the former Heartland defender said, “We are going to Warri to correct our mistake. I know Warri Wolves are a good side but we cannot afford to lose again this weekend.

Beside that, we both match ourselves strength for strength, the upper hand will be on the team that take their chances when it comes which we hope to do.

Yes, they have good players who are fired up to do the club proud, but we too are equipped with talented players that know what it takes to grind out results,” Ezuruike said.
