ASABA — Minister of Niger Delta Affairs, Elder Godsday Orubebe, has said that the recently concluded Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, congress in Delta State had been adjudged very successful. He commended Governor Emmanuel Uduaghan for the outcome of the congress.

Elder Orubebe also cautioned the former Minister of State for Education, Olorogun Kenneth Gbagi, over alleged scathing statement over the conduct of the congress at the ward, local and state levels.

Speaking with newsmen in Warri, Orubebe, who negotiated the peace deal with the dissenting group in the PDP in the state headed by Governor Uduaghan on behalf of his leader, Chief Edwin Clark, said Gbagi’s  comment over the congress was unwarranted and unjustifiable.

He said, “I urge my friend, Chief Gbagi, to work with the new leaders of the state PDP.”
