Motorists plying along Oshodi/Apapa Expressway are advised to turn back for their safety as hoodlums and street urchins have taken over the Oshodi Oke end of the road.

The hoodlums are smashing and destroying moving cars and buses for reasons best known to them. They are also at the Anthony bus stop now.
