The first edition of the Oando Games, Apapa Club Games will commence Saturday 19 to Friday 25 November, 2011.

This was made known at a press parley at the club premises Tuesday at a press briefing to usher in the games.

The games which would be in team and individual sports would have club members competing in Lawn Tennis, Squash, Table Tennis, Darts and Snooker. Others are Scrabble, Chess and Ayo.

The closing ceremony which will be at the club’s Swimming pool would see team sports parting away with N50, 000 and individual going home with coveted prizes.

Speaking to journalist, the President of the Club, Dr. Pius Ofulue expressed satisfaction in Oando’s decision to bank role the club’s games for the first time even as he was hopeful that the relationship will continue.
