Alao optimistic of victory over Enyimba

Media Officer of JUTH FC, Olushola Alao has disclosed that the team’s last game today in the Nigerian Premier League against defending champion, Enyimba of Aba at the Aba International Stadium will end in their favour.

Speaking to Inside Out Premier League after the team’s 2-1 victory over Shooting Stars at the Rwang Pang Stadium in Jos, Alao said the Pro League bound team is poise to end the season with a win.

“The spirit is very high now in the team following today’s (Wednesday) victory, so I believe we would be able get three points against Enyimba. We are going to Aba with the sole aim of victory because we want to end our Premier League season with a win and not a draw,” Alao said.

On the victory against Shooting Stars of Ibadan midweek, he said that the determination to leave apex league with wins spur the team triumph.

“I feel very happy for the victory because it quenched the rumour in town against our image. Shooting Stars gave a good account of themselves in the game but our determination aided our victory,” Alao added.
