Sean Kingston pays $180 fine for jet ski crash

Singer Sean Kingston has been cited for “careless peration” and fined $180 for crashing his jet ski into a bridge in May.

He nearly died in the crash, so $180 is a mere slap on the wrist since he made it out with his life. The singer had to have three surgeries in order to save his life, so like we said, a less than $200 fine is nothing. He survived and is still breathing.

However, officials have blamed the singer’s “inexperience” and “inattention” for the near-fatal accident in Miami, Florida, according to a newly-released police report compiled after a three-month investigation. We know, he was operating a vehicle he had no business operating and at dangerous rates of speed. That’s clear.

TMZ got a hold of photos of Kingston’s arm and chin imprints on the cement wall and states that he lost control of the watercraft after simultaneously releasing the throttle and turning the steering wheel. Ouch! Overall, though, he learned a cheap lesson.
