FORMER Executive Director, Finance and Administration, Niger Delta Development Commission, NDDC, Pastor Power Aginighan, says he was not found wanting by the presidential committee that looked into the operations of the Commission.
Aginighan spoke in Port Harcourt while receiving an award from a group, Post Amnesty Consolidation Initiative (PAC) and Unique Global Initiative, for his contribution to peace and development in the Niger Delta.
”I thank GOD Almighty for giving me the grace to witness this day when my humble contribution to the development of my society is loudly appreciated.
I dedicate this award to the Most High God who granted me the opportunity to serve Him and humanity and by whose fingers I came out from all the investigations of corruption in the Niger Delta Development Commission without an indictment for financial impropriety”, he said.
Presenting the award to him in Port Harcourt, Comrade Julius Zipamoh recalled that as Acting Managing Director of the Commission, Aginighan used his office to promote peace in the region.
