One of the global leaders in semiconductor, telecommunication, digital media and digital convergence technologies, Samsung Electronics will today in Nigeria launch Samsung SmartTV range, a new line of full HD 3D televisions, integrated with the internet and Web 2. 0.

The Nigerian launch of the product follows a successful introduction during the Africa forum in Nairobi Kenya last May

The product, the company assured is the gateway to music, games, movies, shows, pictures, and virtually any online content or on a network connected storage device.

Video, Search all, Web Browser, Social TV, and Samsung Apps are some of the features of the new product.

For one thing, Samsung SmartTV boasts a stunning one design as the company has reduced the bezels of its smart TVs by up to 80%.

These ultrathin bezels, according to Samsung deliver a bigger picture and an unhampered visual experience in which the frame of the TV almost merges with the screen to give consumers an expansive visual experience.

From its stylish design to 3D picture and from TV internet to wireless communication with other Samsung devices, the Samsung SmartTV is consumers’ window to the future of TV.
