Despite plans to relocate Computer Village where ICT products are sold to another place including Ogun State and Kotangowa along Lagos-Abeokuta Expressway respectively, more vendors are still jostling for space.
With the market attracting patronage from the West African sub-region, e.tel Gadget Shop, a multi-brand retail outlet that will give IT and telecom product consumers the opportunity to purchase the latest gadgets and accessories available in the market may soon join other vendors in the computer Village to support growing needs of Nigerian consumers.
Presently located at The Palms Shopping Mall, Lekki, e.tel Gadget Shop provides retail services of IT, mobile and gaming vevices; and telecoms products and services to consumers.
During a media tour of its outlet last week at The Palms Shopping mall, Tolu Ojo, Chief Executive Officer Telec GSM Limited, the parent company to e.tel Gadget Shop told newsmen that their products were tailored to Nigerian environment.
“This is just the beginning. We are vendors to original equipment manufacturers you can think of in the world. We have trained Engr that take care of after sales support.
One of our goals is to make the e.tel shops the premium destination for technology-savvy customers; a place where their gadget needs, such as mobile phones, net books, tablets, cameras, computer games and accessories are met under one roof. It will also be best place to get hooked up to high speed broadband from the best service providers in Nigeria .” he said.
Our target now is to meet the needs of customers, he said, adding that the Shop has also developed a product catalogue that will allow customers make orders from the comfort of their homes or offices through the telephone, on-line orders respectively.
