Calabar-The  Peoples’ Democratic Party, PDP, has lost its appeal for extension of time to file a reply to the petition by Action Congress of Nigeria, ACN, candidate for the Calabar Municipal/Odukpani Federal constituency of Cross River State, Mr. Eyo Ekpo in the April 9, election.

This was the second time, the PDP’s application at the Appeal Court would be thrown out, as the same Court had on Wednesday, dismissed a similar appeal for time to file a reply in reaction to petition of ACN member and House of Representatives candidate for Akpabuyo/Bakassi/Calabar South federal constituency, Mr.William Ballantyne .
