Few days after successfully anchoring this years edition of the Nigerian Breweries sponsored Star Quest reality show, Ruggedman jetted out to Spain to cool off.

Although he is expected back in the country soon to take part in the star trek musical concerts, Ruggedman in mail posted to this writer disclosed that apart from vacationing in Spain, he is also making contacts for the European leg of his Untouchable album tour,which has so far hit seven states in Nigeria but had to be put on hold for Star Quest duties.

Meanwhile Ruggedman as a show of respect and to mark Dagrins year remembrance, has released the video for the song Emi ni (It’s me) which featured the late Nigerian rap sensation Dagrin which makes Ruggedman the only artist who featured the late rapper in a song and had him in the video instead of a body double. The video was directed by James Oludare.

The video is enjoying serious heavy rotation on TV, the internet and drawing emotional reactions from fans of the fallen singer.

Ruggedy as the Ohafia, Abia State born rap musician is more fondly called by fans was also nominated in the Best Rap Act Category of the sixth edition of the Nigerian Entertainment Awards holding inn September in the United States of America.
