The benefit of the inflow of Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) is that foreign companies with huge resources than their local counterparts bring specialist expertise, not only in form of technical assistance, but also in areas such as marketing, and that they may be able to contribute to local infrastructure, either by the nature of their business or service.

All these hold true for Dajcom when it opened a new shop at the Apapa industrial axis stocked with Samsung brands of product such as LCD Televisions, Air- conditioners, Home Theater Systems, Refrigerators and more.

However, as a company interested in long term outlays, it established a Completely Knocked Down (CKD) plant with foreign technical specialist for After- sales- Services, as over one thousand Nigerian employees are in different departments of the company.

The Management of the company had promised that the launch of the five new brand shops which are in the six geo-political zones of the country is just the beginning, as it has plan to launch 50 of such brand shops nationwide.

Mrs. Carla Chantri Safa, Director, Marketing & Communication of Dajcom at the opening of the new shop penultimate week said, “we find no shortage of opportunities around us, and we will continue to harness them, especially those that use indigenous raw materials and native labour.

Speaking on the partnership with Samsung, she said, “to strengthen our prospects, we engage in good practices, and often establish new ones.

We choose and form wise partnerships.
