How was your food in-take as a child?

I was very close to the kitchen as well as my mother and I was the only cook in the house, so I love food with passion. Although, I eat very well but because I was very young and tender, it didn’t reflect on me. I was slim but very smart.

My father was a king and also a farmer so food was always on the table. We were always killing goat, cow and different animals. My father didn’t know what was time-table because he wasn’t educated, so there was no how we could tabulate food,. We had hundreds of people living and feeding in our house, so food was next nothing.

The metamorphosis came when I grew up to know the essence of eating healthy food. So, I knew eating too much wasn’t good. As a medical doctor, I knew there was need to control my food intake which requires discipline. I control what I eat and take anti-oxidant to contain the body metabolism so as to control my fatness.

Exercise doesn’t keep one fit but ability to discipline oneself on what to eat is what reshapes one’s structure and physic. Too much of cholesterol and carbohydrate make you grow big.

I try to minimise my eating and drinking habit and live more on fruits and anti-oxidants so as not to be out of shape and not have short life-span.

Over-feeding and over-weight is associated with short life-span and all kinds of diseases including hypertension etc., diabetes, high blood pressures, and other sicknesses.
