Once again, the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has shifted date for the National Assembly election  in some areas. Jega had told the nation that ballot papers for the election were ready.  Fourty-eight  hours to the election expected to hold on Saturday, do you still have confidence in Jega and INEC to deliver  credible pollls? Is the postponement justified?
