Atlanta ‘96 Olympics gold medal-winning goalkeeper, Dosu Joseph has urged the Super Eagles to make sure they beat Ethiopia with a wide margin in the March 27 Africa Cup of Nations qualifier billed for the Abuja national stadium.

He said Eagles should not only win the match against Ethiopia but must ensure they beat their opponents with a wide margin. “We need goals. Guinea are topping our group and they are better than us on goals aggregate. That is why we need to beat them with a good goal margin,” Dosu said.
Asked to compare between Vincent Enyeama and Dele Aiyenugba, Siasia’s first and second choice goalkeepers Dosu said the two keepers were in excellent shape and any of them could man the post for Nigeria against Ethiopia.
“The two goalkeepers carried their rivalry from Enyimba to outside the shores of this country and they have been doing exceedingly well for their clubs in Israel. They are good but Enyeama has been in the driving seat for the past eight or nine years. There is no doubt about their qualities. They are very good.”
