Super Falcons’ camp comes alive

Only four more players are still being expected at the camp of the national senior women’s team, Super Falcons ahead of next month’s 2012 Olympics qualifying round against Namibia.

The players still being expected and who will arrive in a matter of days are Francisca Ordega, Amarachi Okoronkwo, Desire Oparanozie and Uju Okafor. The team began the second phase camping last Sunday and players and officials are staying at Serob Legacy Hotel in the Federal Capital.

Among those already in camp are team skipper and goalkeeper Precious Dede, Jacinta Obinna, Asisat Osoala, Mary Ofuokwu, Alaba Jonathan, Idowu Kehinde, Tochukwu Oluehi, Loveth Ayila, Osinachi Ohale, Ngozi Okobi, Ogochukwu Kenechukwu, Gladys Akpa, Odunayo Adetoro, Esther Sunday, Josephine Chukwunonye, Blessing Edoho, Gloria Ofoegbu, Ameze Aighewi, Glory Iroka, Uchechi Sunday, Esther Ugegbe, Ebere Orji and Charity Ifenko.
