LAGOS – NIGERIA Dallas Community Initiative, NDCI, has called on Nigerians to shun ethno-religious sentiment and vote for President Goodluck Jonathan and Vice President Nnamadi Sambo in the April general elections, saying their candidacy was what the country need at this point in time.
In a communique by its spokesperson, Mr. Michael Ilebunor, the group said its members were in Nigeria to assist in propagating the need for people “to vote for Goodluck Jonathan because he is the best option for the country now.”
“Of all those contesting the 2011 presidential election, we have come to find out that Jonathan is the best candidate. He is the most qualified to lead Nigeria at this stage of its national development,” he added.
