Akure – SENATOR Bode Olajumoke  weekend kick started his second term campaign with a promise to do more in the delivery of the dividend of democracy to the people of the Ondo North Senatorial district of Ondo State.

He said this at a rally held at Ikare Akoko which was attended by notable chieftains of the party across the three  senatorial district of the state.

The Chairman of Senate Committee on Navy said that he was ready to consolidate on the  achievements  he recorded in the first four years he spent in the National Assembly.

Olajumoke recounted the numerous assistance he rendered  to the people of the senatorial district during the last  four years and promised that if given the opportunity to
return he would serve them better.

He said that he has been able to better the lives of the  people of the areas and assured that his return to the Senate would bring more dividend of democracy to his people.

According to him with the experience he garnered in the  first four years he would be able to do more for the people of the area and the state.

Olajumoke said that his people should expect from him  good representatives in the next dispensation.

He called on the people in the South West to cast their votes for President Jonathan saying that if the president  wins, the position of the Senate president would rotate to the South West.

In their speeches, the former Deputy Governor of the state  Otunba Omolade Oluwateru and the state PDP chairman,  Dr Omotayo  Dairo, described  Olajumoke as one of the best  representatives  of the people of the state in the Senate.
