SA Insurance bags customer service award

Standard Alliance Insurance Plc has been awarded  of a ‘World Class Customer Service Insurance Company of the Decade’ by the Institute of  Direct Marketing of Nigeria and The African Marketing Business School was held at the Lagos Sheraton Hotel & Towers, Ikeja.

Chairman of the two bodies, Mr. Daniel Bamidele Aloba, explained that following their company’s findings, Standard Alliance Insurance Plc was outstanding in customer service and was consequently nominated winner of the award.”

Mr. Tom Imokhai who was represented by Mr. Austin Ebose, the company’s Divisional Head, Public Sector, Energy and Telecommunications, said “at Standard Alliance Insurance Plc, we treat the customer as our king because without them, we cannot be in business.” He stressed that the company was built on this foundation and it has therefore, since become our normal way of life.
