Union Bank delights customers at Lagos fair

Union Bank of Nigeria Plc has continued to delight customers at the ongoing Lagos trade fair with its array of products.
The Bank’s consumer credit and banking products include; Union Ever, Union Lifetime accounts, Union Plus and Union Wealth, all designed to meet the desires of high net-worth individuals, enterprise owners and students as well.

According to a statement, the Bank had showcase its array of e-products such as Internet Banking,
Union Mobile Commerce, ATM Services, Point of Sales among others.

These products would allow customers to view their balances; print statement of accounts, transfer money to any bank account in Nigeria and overseas; buy airtime from any mobile telephone network and pay bills (i.e. DSTV, HITV, PHCN, etc) on line.

Customers could also make funds transfer by using e-product channels such as NIBSS Electronic Fund Transfer (NEFT), Union Galaxy, Corporate pay and Real Time Gross Settlement (RTGS).

In addition, the Bank is set to assist small, medium and large scale farmers of cocoa, tree and arable crops, cotton, poultry and out-growers schemes under its commercial agriculture platform by offering loans with attractive rate with no hidden charges.

Visitors to the Bank’s stand at the Fair will also be offered free advisory services on agriculture financing options and micro-finance schemes available in the Bank.

It would be recalled that the Bank had recently announced that it had entered into exclusive negotiations with a potential core investor, which if successful, the advantages are numerous for all its stakeholders as it will fast track the recapitalization process of the Bank and bring it back to the path of steady
growth.
