Some youths organisations yesterday raised an alarm that the ruling Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, purported gentleman agreement on zoning arrangement was a ploy designed by a powerful clique to turn Nigeria into a one-party state, and with intent to continue to hold on to power and perpetually oppress the people.

Lagos State Signage and Advertisement Agency, LASAA, yesterday, said practitioners in the Outdoor Advertisement Agency of Nigeria, OAAN, will now pay an annual billboard rate reduced by 20 percent.
This will take effect from December 1, 2010.
