WARRI—The People of Delta South senatorial district of the state have been urged to queue up behind Dr. Emmanuel Uduaghan in the re-run election coming up within 90 days as ordered by the Appeal Court to enable him complete his second term in office as was the case of Delta Central district.
A frontline business man and social commentator, Mr. Bawo Kperegbeyi, made the call in a statement in Warri, weekend, saying that in line with PDP’s zoning system in the state, Dr. Uduaghan deserved to serve a second term in office.
Mr. Kperegbeyi, who assured that the people of oil-rich Ugborodo community and all Itsekiri and their friends across the state were willing to queue behind the governor during the re-run election, appealed to all those with private grievances against Uduaghan to bury same so that the state could forge ahead in greatness and unity.
According to him, “now that the court has spoken, it is only germane that Chief Great Ogboru come out to Deltans to test his alleged popularity.”
