In spite of ongoing plans to relocate the Computer Village; lots of expansion and renovation are still going on there.
Amid these, Microstation, a major phone and computer accessories dealer opened a new outlet to boost sales and customer service.
The new outlet is strictly for retail and after sales service for customers especially for end users. Stocking major brands like Nokia, Samsung, Techno, Roda, BlackBerry, all products bought have 12 months warranty.
Microstation boss, Nestor Coutroupis said: “Apart from sales we also offer special services, like down loads on laptops, phones, and i-pods; we also do configuration especially on BlackBerry, and we also serve as a promo outlet for brands. Recently we did that for LG and Nokia, so it is more than just the sale of phones.”
Microstation, he said is a leading retail outlet which has over the years gained market acceptance, stocking lead brands and striking the right balance between functionality and price.
With lots of fake and sub-standard phones in the Nigerian market, according to him, it is a good idea to buy accredited dealers as this is the only way to guarantee that you buy genuine mobile phones and accessories.
“You get a one year warranty on all mobile phones you buy from accredited mobile phones dealers. This means if anything goes wrong with your mobile phone that is not your fault within the warranty period, your phone will be replaced or repaired free of charge,” he added. — Esther Onyegbula
