PZ introduces canoe-wrapped laundry soap

PZ Cussons Nigeria Plc, Nigeria largest Detergent and Soap Manufacturing Company have formally introduced a  new line to its portfolio of laundry soaps brands.

The new Canoe Wrapped Laundry Soap range is premium quality wrapped soap in 3 variants: Canoe Extra Care, Active Fresh and Antiseptic.

According to Jimi Taiwo, Marketing Manager – Fabric Care, PZ Cussons, with this addition to the range, Canoe; Nigeria’s No 1 Laundry Soap, will consolidate its leadership position based on its strong and long term heritage in the Nigerian market.

Taiwo explained that consumers trust the Canoe brand and believe that it is gentle both on hands and clothes, especially on delicate and traditional fabrics like Ankara. He added that the New Canoe significantly improves the Canoe brand value proposition and further raises the bar in the category – as Nigeria’s first range of added value wrapped soaps with 3 variants.
He noted that the new wrapped Canoe Extra Care is specially formulated to care for Coloured and delicate clothes like the Ankara. Each variant also bears a pleasant fragrance strongly linked to its claim and propositions.

The Canoe Active Fresh is for fresher smelling laundry and the Canoe Antiseptic is for hygienically clean laundry. The new Canoe comes in a trendy, modern packaging; a complete upgrade from the old unwrapped product that has put smiles on the faces of Nigerian mothers for over 30 years.

Taiwo concluded that with the introduction of the new Canoe Wrapped Soap, “mothers now have a wide range of reliable options to choose from. There is now a wider range of Canoe Wrapped Soap choices that suit your laundry needs. So, go ahead and experience the next level of laundry care for yourself and members of your family”.
