WARRI— MOVEMENT for No Arms Struggle of Niger Delta has charged President Goodluck Jonathan not to focus all his attention on the region alone, to avoid being seen as a regional President.
The group, made up of former militant generals of Movement for the Emancipation of Niger Delta, MEND, under the leadership of  Government Ekpemukpolo, alias Tompolo, also charged Jonathan to see those waging media war against him as detractors and enemies of progress.
They added that he should concentrate on bringing the desired developmental growth to all parts of the country.
President of the group and former commanders of MEND under Tompolo, Mr. Josiah Oyakonghan, alias Oyimi One, told Vanguard that the advice become imperative so as to let the nation know that Nigeria is one united entity, whose President must be seen to being the President of all and not just for a particular region.
The group in a statement, maintained that the issue of zoning as it concerns the presidency should not disturb the nation for now, adding that what should bother Nigerians is how the President can move the nation forward.
