ABOUT six communities reportedly affected by a recent oil spillage from Shell Petroleum Development Company, SPDC, pipelines at Okpare-Olomu in the Ughelli South Local Government Area of Delta State have cried out to the state government and the firm over the harmful effect of the spillage on their environment.
