The product works in such a way that payments are automatically made with the various authorizations and approvals given online real time without the use of cheques or cash.Â Â This allows a companyâ€™s account to be debited while the beneficiariesâ€™ accounts are credited with an automatic updating of all relevant records.Â The Spring Corporate Pay ensures accountability and discourages fraud by guaranteeing data security and integrity.
The SpringConnect, on the other hand, is a bouquet of internet banking, mobile banking and transaction alert products aimed at enabling customers access to their accounts online real time from the comfort of their homes.
It is a service that is available to the customer at any time of the day or night including public holidays.
With the SpringConnect Internet Banking product, the customer can, with just a click, access his account, transfer funds, view or download his statement, pay bills, request for cheque books or make secured purchases from Mega Plaza Shopping Mall, Victoria Island, Lagos with a discount via the internet. Customers can also transfer as much as N10m with the SpringConnect.
On its part, the SpringConnect Mobile banking product enables customers, who are already subscribers to mobile phone networks, gain access to their bank accounts from their mobile phones.
The product is specially developed for the bankâ€™s upwardly mobile customers, who require 24/7 real time access to their accounts.
Each of these products is supported by the transaction alert service which notifies the customer and gives him a transaction summary complete with the new available balance in the account.
Spring Bank is riding on the platform of new products to deepen its market share of deposits.
Specifically, the bank has re-packaged its product lines in such a way to service maximally the varied banking needs of customers anywhere they may be.
