Fire guts Fayose’s office…fingers PDP

ADO-EKITI—The office of the former governor of Ekiti State, Mr Ayo Fayose was set on fire by an unknown arsonists weekend

The one story building which is situated at the Ajilosun Street, Ado Ekiti was said to have been  set ablaze in the wee hours of Saturday and Sunday respectively

Vanguard reliably gathered that the ground floor of the building was badly torched, while a tanker with registration number Oyo XC 115 AKN parked within the premises was equally burnt

The motives or those behind the burning of the building  were  immediately known, but associates of the former governor have accused the leadership of the  ruling Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, in the state as those responsible for the incident

It would be recalled that just a couple of days ago, the former governor in an interview with newsmen had raised an alarm that some people had threatened to burn down his private house at Afao Ekiti and Ado Ekiti.
