Umunze(Anambra)—Professor Okechukwu Ogbuagu, the Provost, Federal College of Education (Technical), Umunze, Anambra, has advised students in tertiary institutions to improve their reading culture by utilising the Internet.

Ogbuagu gave the advice during the 21st matriculation  of the institution at the weekend in Umunze. The professor noted that the Internet could move students to better their pedestal in education and life.

“I encourage students to go into extensive reading via Google chat, twitters, facebook and other internet services,” he said.  The Provost, represented by the Dean, School of Education , Mr Cyprian Odigbo, also urged the freshmen and women of the institution to ask questions appropriately whenever in doubt.
